Ingredients
  • 100 Grams Onion, large
  • 100 Grams Lemon Grass (Citronella), Raw
  • 15 Grams Garlic
  • 15 Grams Spices, Ginger, Ground
  • 150 Grams MAGGI Oriental Barbeque Sauce
  • 150 Grams Coconut milk, light
  • 150 Grams Oil, Olive, Salad Or Cooking
  • 300 Mililliters Water, Tap, Drinking
  • Kilogram Kampung Chicken, raw
Preparation

    Heat cooking oil in pan. Saute blended ingredients until fragrant.

    Add in MAGGI Oriental Barbeque Sauce, water and coconut milk.

    Bring to boil. Marinate chicken with cooked percik sauce.

    Bake using an over or grill until chicken is fully cooked.
