600g Fillets Fish, Sea Bass, Mixed Species, Raw

100 Grams Shrimp paste

10 Grams MAGGI Lime Seasoning Powder

20 Grams Torch ginger flower (Bunga Kantan)

20 Grams Coriander

50 Grams Onion, large

20 Grams Garlic
-
20 Grams Spices, Ginger, Ground

30 Grams Spices, Turmeric, Ground

50 Grams Oil

20 Grams Lemon Grass (Citronella), Raw

20 Grams MAGGI® CukupRasa™
Preparation

1Add all ingredients into a bowl.

2Marinate fish fillets using the mixture for 2 - 3 hours.

3Wrap the marinated fish fillets with banana leaves.

4Bake in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes at 180°C.
