  • 600g Fillets Fish, Sea Bass, Mixed Species, Raw
  • 100 Grams Shrimp paste
  • 10 Grams MAGGI Lime Seasoning Powder
  • 20 Grams Torch ginger flower (Bunga Kantan)
  • 20 Grams Coriander
  • 50 Grams Onion, large
  • 20 Grams Garlic
  • 20 Grams Spices, Ginger, Ground
  • 30 Grams Spices, Turmeric, Ground
  • 50 Grams Oil
  • 20 Grams Lemon Grass (Citronella), Raw
  • 20 Grams MAGGI® CukupRasa™
Preparation

    Add all ingredients into a bowl.

    Marinate fish fillets using the mixture for 2 - 3 hours.
