FISH HEAD CURRY
Ingredients

1 Cup Oil, Olive, Salad Or Cooking

1 Teaspoon Fenugreek Spice Mix

2 Pieces Curry Leaf

3 Tablespoons Tamarind Water

1 kilogram of Fish Head

1 Bowl Coconut Milk

3 Pieces Dried Chilli

10 pieces of Lady Finger

2 Pieces Tomato
-
2 tsp MAGGI Lime Seasoning Powder

3 Grams Salt
-
3 Tablespoons Curry Powder

1 Tablespoon Chilli Powder

600 Mililliters Water, Tap, Drinking
Preparation

1Blend onion, garlic and ginger. Mix spice ingredients with water.

2Heat oil and sauté blended ingredients and add in Fenugreek spice mix and curry leaves until fragrant.

3Pour mixed curry spices, stir until oil breaks and add in water

4Add in tamarind water and MAGGI® Lime Seasoning Powder. Add in fish head and cook until tender.

5Add in tamarind water and MAGGI® Lime Seasoning Powder. Add in fish head and cook until tender.

6Next, add in coconut milk and salt and simmer for 5 minutes. Lastly add in chilli pepper, okra and tomato. Ready to serve.
