“Bambangan” Tiger Prawn Recipe
Ingredients

1000 Grams Prawns

5 Units Bird's Eye Chilli

4 nos. Capsicum, red, raw

5 Grams Spices, Turmeric, Ground

40 Milligrams Onion, small/ Shallot

30 Grams Coriander
-
40 Grams Torch ginger flower (Bunga Kantan)

300 Grams Bambangan Fruit, raw

3 cups Water
-
2 Teaspoons Salt
-
2 Teaspoons Sugar
-
1 Teaspoon MAGGI® CukupRasa™
Preparation

1Blend bird’s eye chilli, bell pepper, turmeric, shallot and garlic together

2Heat up the pan and put in the blended ingredients followed by some water.

3Put in Bambangan fruit (to be squashed first), ginger flower and Vietnamese coriander. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes with low heat.

4Put in tiger prawns and mix until even. Next, add in ingredients for taste which are salt, sugar and MAGGI® Cukup Rasa.

5Prawns are to only be cooked in a short time, to maintain its quality and sweet taste. Ready to serve.
