Ingredients

Cooking oil: 10g

White onions (diced): 5g

Red onions (sliced): 10g

Carrots: 30g

Cabbage: 30g

MAGGI® 2 minit Noodles (Curry): 1 pack
Preparation

1Bring water to boil and cook MAGGI® 2 minit Noodles (Curry) for 1.5 minutes

2Drain water from the noodles and set aside

3Heat up the cooking oil in a wok and stir fry white onions with red onions till it is fragrant
-
4Toss in the carrots and cabbage

5Add an egg to the mix and continue to stir fry

6Add MAGGI® 2 minit Noodles (Curry) seasoning and stir fry till its evenly mixed with the ingredients

7Place the fried noodles on a plate and top it with a slice of cheddar cheese

8Ready to serve
