Ingredients
  • 500 Grams Chicken Breast
  • 500 Mililliters Water, Tap, Drinking
  • 1 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 3 Pieces Curry Leaf
  • 5 Pieces Basil Leaf
  • 3 Grams Lemon Grass (Citronella), Raw
  • 1 Gram Spices, Ginger, Ground
  • 30 Grams Belacan
  • 40 Grams Shallot, thinly sliced and deep fried
  • 30 Grams Garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons Tomato Puree
  • 2 Tablespoons MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon MAGGI® Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
Preparation

    Sauté curry leaves and kaffir lime leaves and stir until aromatic.

    Next, add in lemongrass, ginger, belacan, shallot and garlic and cook until half crispy.

    Once done, add in tomato Puree, MAGGI Tomato Ketchup, MAGGI Chicken Stock, MAGGI Oyster Flavoured Sauce, sweet soy sauce and sugar and stir well.

    Next, add in water and mix well.

    Once boiled, add in chicken and stir until cooked. Ready to be served.
