  • 5 Grams Ginger Buds (Sliced)
  • 3 Grams Kaffir lime leaves (julienne)
  • 20 Grams Red chili padi (cut)
  • 50 Grams Cashew Nuts
  • 15 Grams Maggi Spicy Seasoning
  • 100 Grams Glass noodle (blanched)
  • 50 Grams Prawn (blanched)
  • 3 Grams Coriander (for garnish)

    Julienne the carrot, cucumber, and kaffir lime leaves. Slice the ginger bud and red chili padi. Blanch the glass noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, then rinse under cold water to cool them down. Blanch the prawns in hot water until just cooked and firm. Measure the MAGGI Spicy Seasoning, prepare the cashew nuts, and set aside some fresh coriander leaves for garnishing.
