  • 20 Grams Spring Onion
  • 50 Grams Vegetables, mixed, canned, drained solids
  • 30 Grams Oil, Olive, Salad Or Cooking
  • 1 Medium Egg
  • 50 Grams Chicken Breast, Minced
  • 30 Grams Onions chopped.
  • 30 Grams Maggi Spicy Seasoning

    Preparation: Chop the onion and spring onion. Measure out the vegetables, rice, seasoning, and oil. Beat the egg lightly in a bowl. Prepare the minced chicken and set it aside.

    Heat 30g of cooking oil in a wok. Sauté 30g of chopped onion until fragrant. Add 50g of minced chicken and cook until it is half done. Stir in 50g of mixed vegetables and the beaten egg, cooking until the egg is scrambled. Add 250g of rice and stir-fry thoroughly. Sprinkle 30g of MAGGI Spicy Seasoning and 20g of spring onion, then stir well to combine all ingredients evenly. Plate the fried rice nicely. Garnish with extra chopped spring onion on top.
