Preparation

1Preparation: Marinate the squid with MAGGI Cukup Rasa All in One. Coat the squid evenly with flour. In a small bowl, mix corn flour and 100ml of water to create the sauce base. Chop coriander leaves for garnish.

2Deep-fry the squid in hot oil until golden brown and fully cooked. Place on a plate and set aside. In a pot, bring 300ml of water to a boil and add Thai chili sauce. Add the prepared corn flour mixture, stir well, and let it boil to thicken. Stir in MAGGI Spicy Seasoning. To serve, plate the fried squid attractively. Pour the spicy mala dipping sauce into a small bowl. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves on the sauce or over the squid as garnish. Serve hot!
