MAGGI® Goreng Cheese Leleh Recipe

Ingredients
  • Cooking oil: 10g
  • White onions (diced): 5g
  • Red onions (sliced): 10g
  • Carrots: 30g
  • Cabbage: 30g
  • MAGGI® 2 minit Noodles (Curry): 1 pack
Preparation

    Bring water to boil and cook MAGGI® 2 minit Noodles (Curry) for 1.5 minutes

    Drain water from the noodles and set aside

    Heat up the cooking oil in a wok and stir fry white onions with red onions till it is fragrant

    Toss in the carrots and cabbage

    Add an egg to the mix and continue to stir fry

    Add MAGGI® 2 minit Noodles (Curry) seasoning and stir fry till its evenly mixed with the ingredients

    Place the fried noodles on a plate and top it with a slice of cheddar cheese
