Ingredients
  • 160 Grams Oil
  • 40 Grams Shrimp paste
  • 100 Grams Onion, small/ Shallot
  • 60 Grams Garlic
  • 60 Grams Spices, Ginger, Ground
  • 15 Grams Lemon Grass (Citronella), Raw
  • 1 Stem Torch ginger flower (Bunga Kantan)
  • 20 Grams Sugar
  • 5 Grams Coriander
  • 200 Grams MAGGI Oriental Barbeque Sauce
  • 2 Kilograms Mackerel, raw
  • 200 Grams Lady's Fingers
Preparation

    Blend the related ingredients until smooth. Remove from the blender

    Add MAGGI Oriental Barbeque Sauce and sugar. Stir and cook to boil.

    Place the cleaned mackerel on the banana leaf and put the grilled fish sauce that has been cooked on top of the fish.

    Place the sliced okra on top of the sauce. Wrap the mackerel with grilled fish sauce and okra.

    Bake in the oven or grill until cooked. Ready to serve.
