3 Grams Bird's Eye Chilli (cut)

15 Grams Margarine-like, butter-margarine blend, 80% fat, stick, without salt

20 Grams Nestum All Family Cereal Original

50 Grams Fried Chicken

5 Grams Garlic (chopped)

1 Unit Egg

20 Grams Cooking oil

50 Grams Vegetables, mixed, canned, drained solids

6 Grams MAGGI® Chicken Stock

3 Grams Spices, Pepper, White

200 Grams Rice (cooked)
Preparation

11. Aromatic Base: Heat margarine in a sauté pan. Add curry leaves and chopped chilli padi. Sauté until fragrant. 2. Nestum Crunch: Stir in Nestum All Family Cereal Original and fry until crispy. Remove and set aside for later use.

2In a separate wok, heat cooking oil. Add chopped garlic and break in the egg. Stir-fry until lightly scrambled. Add in cooked rice and pre-fried chicken. Continue wok-frying for a few minutes. Add the crispy nestum, mixed vegetables, MAGGI® Chicken Stock, and white pepper powder. Continue wok-frying until all ingredients are evenly combined and heated through.
