Green Curry Chicken Pie

This delicious is quick enough for midweek, ready quickly.


    150g Onion 60gFrozen Green Peas 30g Oil

    100g Minced Chicken

    100g Potato

    80g MAGGI® Green Curry Paste

    300ml Water

    20g MAGGI® Mashed Potato Complete Mix

    1g MAGGI® Chicken Stock 100g Green Chilli (blended)

    20g Coconut Milk 8 pcs Puff Pastry 1 nos Egg (Egg Wash)


    1. Heat oil in a pan, sauté green chilli and onion until fragrant.

    2. Add in minced chicken. Stir until half cooked.

    3. Add in MAGGI® Green Curry Paste. Stir until well combined. Add water and coconut milk. Bring to boil.

    4. Add in potatoes and green peas. Cook until the potatoes becomes soft. Then, season with MAGGI® Chicken Stock.

    5. Slowly add MAGGI® Mashed Potato Complete Mix and stir until well combined.

    6. Put the filling on the puff pastry and fold it. Brush the pie with egg wash.

    7. Bake in oven at 180°C for 13 minutes.
