Green Curry Chicken Burger

This delicious is quick enough for midweek, ready quickly. FAVOURITE



    700g MAGGI® Green Curry Paste

    600ml Water

    520g Coconut Milk

    40g Thai Basil Leaves

    200g Lemongrass

    100g Cooking Oil


    1 pcs Burger Bun

    1 pcs Chicken Patties

    10g Mayonnaise

    30g Green Curry Sauce

    10g Onion

    20g Tomato 10g Butter


    Sauce 1.

    Blend thai basil with water. Set aside.

    2. Heat oil in pan, sauté lemongrass until fragrant. Stir in MAGGI® Green Curry Paste.

    3. Add water and coconut milk. Simmer until gravy thickens.


    1. Heat butter in a pan. Toast the burger bun.

    2. Spread burger bun with mayonnaise.

    3. Dip the chicken patty with Green Curry Sauce.

    4. Assemble chicken patty, tomato and onion onto the burger bun to serve.
