Coconut Latte

    INGREDIENTS

    Espresso - NESTLÉ® Excellente  (To be dispensed via machine)
    Coconut milk – 200ml
    Sugar syrup – 20ml
    Desiccated coconut flakes – a pinch 
    Ice cubes
     

    METHODS

    a) Hot Coconut Latte

    1. Heat up the coconut milk and pour it into a cup; add in 20ml of sugar syrup.
    2. Using the Combi machine, dispense NESCAFÉ® espresso into a cup. Pour the espresso over the coconut milk.
    3. Garnish with desiccated coconut flakes before serving.

    b) Iced Coconut Latte

    1. Pour in 20ml sugar syrup and 200ml coconut milk into a glass filled 2/3 with ice cubes.
    2. Using the Combi machine, dispense NESCAFÉ® espresso into a cup. Pour the espresso over the coconut milk.
    3. Garnish with desiccated coconut flakes before serving.
