A fiery and tangy Indo-Chinese classic, Manchurian Chicken is stir-fried chicken thigh cooked in a savory tomato and soy-based sauce. Infused with garlic, ginger, and bold MAGGI® flavors, this dish pairs perfectly with steamed rice or fried noodles.
Ingredients
  • 15 Grams Garlic (Chopped)
  • 15 Grams Ginger (Chopped)
  • 100 Grams Onion, large (Chopped)
  • 20 Grams Magg Seasoning
  • 60 Grams MAGGI® Thai Chilli Sauce
  • 80 Grams BUITONI Coulis de Tomate 3kg
  • 150 Grams Water
  • 100 Grams Cooking oil
  • 200 Grams Chicken Thighs
  • 5 Grams MAGGI® Chicken Stock Cube

    Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté chopped garlic, ginger, and onion until fragrant.

    Add BUITONI® Coulis de Tomate, MAGGI® Panggang Sauce, and water. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer for a short while. Season with MAGGI® Chicken Stock and MAGGI® Seasoning Foodservice for depth of flavor. Add in chicken thigh and let it cook through, simmering gently until fully cooked.

    Once chicken is tender and sauce thickens slightly, remove from heat. Garnish with spring onion or coriander (optional). Serve hot with rice or noodles.
